Heart health is something you should be conscious of even if your early years as a teen or sooner. So if you have children, make sure you’re making heart healthy decisions for them.
Developing coronary artery disease is possible as a teenager and their have been cases of people in their 20s and 30s suffering from heart attacks.
Parents need to set a good example for their kids and get them in a habit of eating healthy and partaking in heart healthy activities. Children will carry these habits with them as they grow older.
